Hi, I'm Petrea Adrian. I spent years working as a flight attendant for a major European airline, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. But I quickly realized that so many talented, passionate people were failing the selection process — not because they lacked the right qualities, but because they didn't know how to present themselves.
I started informally coaching friends and colleagues who wanted to break into the industry. The results were incredible. Session after session, the people I guided were getting hired by their dream airlines. That's when I knew I had to turn this into something more structured.
Today, I work full-time as a cabin crew career coach, helping candidates from all backgrounds build the confidence, skills, and knowledge to succeed at every stage of the recruitment process — from the first application to the final interview.

Selected and recruited by my first airline. Started the training courses to fly on Boeing aircraft — an intense and transformative experience that set the foundation for my aviation career.
Began flying with my first airline during an extraordinarily challenging time. Working through the pandemic taught me resilience, adaptability, and the true meaning of teamwork in aviation.
Transitioned to a new airline and completed training on Airbus aircraft — broadening my technical knowledge and adapting to a new crew culture and flight operations environment.
